Club Rental:

Club Rental is $175.00 per day and a $100.00 deposit.  Club rental includes use of the kitchen, including the stoves, sink, and one refrigerator, the open area of the club, its porches, tables and chairs.  A discount of $50.00 will be given if a renter has been a club member for one year or more. The deposit must be paid when the rental date is chosen to guarantee reservations.  Deposit will be returned within thirty (30) days after rental upon satisfactory inspection of the club. The rent is to be paid prior to occupying the club.  Deposits and rental fee is to be paid by check or money order only.  A $30.00 fee will be charged for a returned check.  If the reservation is canceled less than two (2) weeks before the rental date, $50.00 of the deposit will be forfeited.

Cleanup:  The building and grounds MUST be cleaned and restored to the condition prior to the rental, this includes but is not limited to, floor cleaning, tables and chairs put away, trash removed to dumpster, kitchen cleaned, decorations removed etc; If the club is not left cleaned as described, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

Decorations: nothing is to be attached to the walls, ceiling, ceiling fans or any other items in the clubhouse.  Small hooks are provided around the exterior walls.  Streamers, Christmas lights, small decorations, etc; may be hung from these hooks. Anything taped to or hung from the walls, ceiling or ceiling fans will result in forfeit of your deposit.

Maximum occupancy is 100.  Setup prior to the rental may be permitted if there is no interference with other rentals or club activities.

Club rental for the purposes of raising money for any organization, will automatically double the rent and deposit charges.  Club rental for personal profit or under false pretenses will forfeit deposit. No alcohol will be served to minors.  This will forfeit your deposit and you will be reported to local authorities. 

Rental is for the  top floor of the clubhouse, porches and parking only (outdoor ranges may be in use).  Use of all other facilities is negotiable by the approval of the Aliquippa Bucktails board.

All alcohol and containers must be off the property by 2:00AM.

Because the Aliquippa Bucktail League can exercise no control of the individual or collective actions of this group, we cannot assume any liability for accident, illness or damage resulting from the use or sojourn on these facilities. I, in renting these facilities, agree to hold the Aliquippa Bucktails League, Inc. and its officers and members harmless and non-responsible for any injury, illness or damage to any person or possessions resulting from venturing premises, or using their facilities, including the use or dispensation of any alcoholic beverages or liability therefrom.  I understand and agree to the above requirements for rental of the Aliquippa Bucktails.
